The website atravel.pro is owned and operated by Assemblage Point FZC LLC, operating under the brand Atravel (hereinafter — “Atravel”, “we”). Atravel is a company specialising in the organisation of corporate events, business travel, incentive programmes, conferences and related services across the UAE and other countries of the Middle East.

Use of the Website

You may use the website atravel.pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

use the website in any way that violates applicable law;
copy, reproduce or distribute website materials (texts, images, logos) without our written consent;
take any action that may damage the operation or reputation of the website.

Information on the Website

All materials on atravel.pro are for informational purposes only. We endeavour to keep information current, but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at any given time. Prices, terms and availability of services are subject to change — current information is provided upon request.

Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting a form on the website or sending us an enquiry by email does not constitute a booking confirmation. A service is confirmed only after:

receipt of your written confirmation accepting the terms and pricing; and
issuance and payment of the corresponding Invoice.

Detailed service terms are governed by a separate cooperation agreement signed with legal entities, or by the terms communicated to you by email.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms for booked services are communicated at the time of booking confirmation or set out in the agreement. Atravel is not liable for losses arising from cancellation in breach of the agreed cancellation conditions.

Liability

Atravel makes every effort to deliver high-quality services. However:

Atravel is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies and other providers) engaged to deliver services;
Atravel is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or any other consequential damages;
Atravel’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service;
Atravel is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure): natural disasters, military action, government decisions, pandemics and other events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All materials on atravel.pro — texts, logos, photographs, graphic elements and other content — are the property of Atravel or are used under appropriate licences. Any use of materials without our written consent is prohibited.
Atravel reserves the right to use photographs and video materials from organised events for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolio), unless the client submits a written objection no later than 7 days before the event.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at atravel.pro/privacy-policy/.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

Changes to These Terms

Atravel reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
